Paul Turner

Paul started working with WSP in 2013 focussing mostly on the development of the workforce modelling collaborative. Paul’s background in engineering using continuous improvement and statistical problem solving methodologies developed into applying similar techniques within health care. During his time as a senior NHS manager, Paul undertook systemic improvement work in urgent and elective care and is currently completing a PhD focussing on the influence of national targets and indicators in delivering emergency departments’ local needs. Paul holds an MSc in Manufacturing and Information Systems.
