Tabitha has been working as an associate with WSP since 2013. She comes from a public and voluntary sector background where she held senior posts at local and regional levels. She has experience of leading policy development and delivery for the NHS at a regional level for targeted care groups. Her most recent work while in the NHS and Local Government was to lead joint commissioning of integrated services including managing a pooled budget of £92 million. She led the redesign of community services and achieved efficiency savings by commissioning innovative integrated services.
Her skills have been used in organisational and team review and development, commissioning, service procurement and contract management, programme management, stakeholder engagement, service quality improvement and transformation, market development and setting up organisational / partnership governance structures. She became a management consultant in June 2013 and since then has supported organisations in service review and redesign, market development and programme management.
She has a master’s degree in organisational and occupational psychology and further training in programme management, public sector leadership and mentoring.
