Associate consultancies
WSP has worked with a small number of consultancies who provide complementary skills and who work in a similar style to us. We are therefore able to offer clients a wider and more comprehensive response to their needs.
Darley Consulting is an independent consultancy offering organisational development support and facilitation. Steph Carson from Darley Consulting, is currently working with us developing a team based joint commissioning competency framework for Cheshire County Council and the two Cheshire PCTs (Central & Eastern Cheshire PCT and West Cheshire PCT).

Eileen Waddington Consulting is an independent consultancy offering support and facilitation to agencies working with Adults and Older People to promote their health and wellbeing and engagement in commissioning services.
Eileen Waddington worked with us on the development of a Section 31 (Health Act flexibilities) agreement for Salford PCT and Local Authority in the area of intermediate care. We also worked together to provide workshops to encourage greater whole systems working around the Strategy for Older People's Services in the Northern Ireland Eastern Health & Social Services Board.
