In line with our values and the way we work with clients, we believe that our own insights and service delivery are enhanced by working in partnership with selected organisations.
These include Isee Systems, the company that develops the systems modelling software we use, the Relationships Foundation, an organisation that focuses on relational thinking, and a number of associate consultancies and academic institutions that share our values and approaches
The Relationships Foundation (RF)
The Relationships Foundation is a charity based in Cambridge, describing itself as a think-and-do tank combining innovative thinking with practical projects. It has worked with a number of clients both large and small to help them to explore how relational thinking can benefit their organisation.
Peter Lacey is currently Chair of the Charity and takes a keen interest in the contribution relational thinking makes to partnership development.
RF's primary diagnostic tool is the Relational Health Audit, developed to enable organisations to develop and pro-actively manage their key internal and external relationships. It has been tested in a wide variety of organisations and contexts, leading to improved relationships and performance. It offers a quick and effective mechanism for crystallising key issues and enabling a structured discussion between both parties on how to improve their working relationships.
WSP has held a number of awareness raising sessions with clients with regard to ‘relational health’ ideas and tools. The latest example has been with CSCI in the South West of England.
