Tools and software
We use a range of tools and software in support of our work with clients, some of which are available for purchase either in conjunction with consultancy or training, or as independent products. The Whole Systems Partnership has formed strategic partnerships with the organisations that develop these products, and actively contributes to their development by 'beta testing' new releases, and engaging in an ongoing dialogue about features that would benefit our clients.

Working it Out – Commissioning Development Tool
We are aware that all Social Services Departments and Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) are working hard to develop their commissioning capacity and capability.
WSP and Darley Consulting have joined forces to produce an interactive toolkit to support commissioners in this development. The tool provides a structured approach to enable commissioning teams identify their areas of strength and areas for development.
We have produced an interactive on line version, a truly 'live' document and also a paper based version, which can be modelled according to the needs of your organisation. 'Working it Out' can also be developed to reflect the growth in knowledge and expertise of your commissioning teams.
We offer facilitated workshops to ensure that your organisation gains the greatest potential from the tool. In order to build capacity and capability internally, we can also provide workshops for your in house 'Working it Out' facilitators or champions.
