Carol Cochrane
Carol has recently joined WSP and has a background in information, business planning and commissioning across health and social care. She has held executive and leadership roles in NHS provider and commissioning organisations. This has included managing community, learning disability and mental health services and commissioning across the full spectrum of primary, community and secondary services.
All of these roles have involved strong partnership working with the Local Authority and third sector. Most recently she was Director of Development and Commissioning for Priority Groups at NHS Leeds covering older people, mental health, learning disability, offenders, substance use, carers, physical disability and Continuing Health Care. Carol’s qualifications include a BA and M.Phil.
