Lucy O’Leary
Lucy has a background in business development and strategic management in both private and healthcare sectors. She has held senior positions in NHS provider and commissioning organisations in Performance Management, Organisational Development and Strategy & Development. Most recently Lucy has led strategy development projects with a range of NHS and local authority clients, and since joining Whole Systems Partnership in December 2008 has worked on systems modernisation and service transformation in social care. She has a BSc in Mathematical Statistics & Operational Research (1985) and an MA in Marketing (1995).
