Pauline Fox
Pauline joined the Whole Systems Partnership in April 2008, following a sabbatical spent ‘travelling the world’. From 2003 to 2007, Pauline was Director of Operations at Northumberland NHS Care Trust. During her 25 year career in health services management her roles included managing a wide range of hospital and community based health services, working in the (then) Department of Health Regional Performance Management Team where she led on priority services and working as an Inquiry Secretary for three concurrent national inquiries into major NHS systems failures. Pauline’s qualifications include an MBA (1992), an MA in Leading Innovation and Change (2004) and a post graduate certificate in public sector commissioning (June 2010).
