In-house training workshops
WSP provides a range of in-house training in system dynamics, with the aim of encouraging genuine whole system thinking within and between organisations.
Options include:
- The introductory training course, Creating and using whole systems models with iThink™, delivered in-house and tailored to the needs of the specific organisation or network (for 4 or more people); This can be delivered over 2 consecutive days or as an action learning set model, with the 2 days separated by a few weeks to allow for your own projects to be developed and some distance coaching to be provided.
- A half-day session on systems thinking, ideal for Board or management team development, to provide an introduction to ‘thinking in loops’ as a strategic improvement tool, plus a demonstration of models in action.
To discuss your needs and the best options for your in-house training, please contact Peter Lacey by email or by telephone on +44 (0)1423 340585.

In addition to the Whole Systems Partnerhsip's range of in-house and public workshops, you may be interested in the online course 'Applying Systems Thinking and Common Archetypes to Organizational Issues' offered by our partner organisation, Isee Systems.
